Unifii awarded Elite partner status with ServiceNow – here’s why it matters

As we move into the next quarter, we are excited to announce our Elite Partnership with global leaders in cloud computing software, ServiceNow.

With less than 60 ‘Elite’ Partners worldwide, the status recognises our investment in developing ourselves as a team of ServiceNow experts internally, the consistency in quality of our solution implementations, as scored by our clients, and our overall market maturity, based on our level of experience in delivering these solutions over time.  

What it takes to be ‘Elite’

Earlier this year, ServiceNow’s replaced the original partner tiers of Gold, Silver and Bronze with a more holistic model that recognises operational excellence across a broader set of criteria. The new status highlights the level of maturity relative to both the partner’s capabilities and the diversity of products delivered.

Specifically, the new segmentation focuses on: 1) the breadth and depth of ServiceNow products adopted and delivered, and 2) the partner’s go-to-market maturity; the former being based on four key factors: 

1. Capacity: 

The number of people certified on ServiceNow technology

2. Competency:

Number of certified product specialisations

3. Customer Success:

Validated by published criteria, including implementations meeting minimum customer satisfaction scores

4. Capability:

A qualitative assessment of digital transformation skills, industry domain expertise, and global scale

Why it matters for our clients

Having met each of the criteria to ‘Elite’ level, Unifii can leverage this new status on behalf of our clients.  With an even closer relationship with ServiceNow Product teams and more influence at a platform development level, we can ensure the challenges our clients regularly face are heard and considered when strategic product decisions are being made. Additionally, the certified knowledge and development of specific product champions internally further enhances our ability to lead, advise or support customers with deep expertise in a breadth of solutions across the ServiceNow product suite. 

Ultimately, becoming an Elite ServiceNow Partner is recognition for the hard work of the Unifii team but what it really means is that we can continue to work with clients to streamline operations, re-think business processes and become an integral part of their DNA.
